ARE YOU BLAMING EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE, FEELING LIKE LIFE IS OUT TO GET YOU?

Ditch the overwhelm of being emotionally drained and get to feel calm, peaceful and present for the moments that matter in life!

It’s time for you to transform yourself through life coaching, and stop the vicious cycle of running on empty to the point of no return.

Since you “have it all”, you think you should be happy and grateful but worry that you are being selfish and greedy when you feel otherwise.

You question if these feelings are a reflection of your spirituality and wonder what it says about you in Allah’s eyes!

I know what it is you are missing…

Keep scrolling down, and I'll tell you what it is.

“I thought something was wrong with me as I wasn’t happy despite my blessings.”

I am Sara Kenana,

I am a Muslim Palestinian American mother of four back-to-back energetic children living thousands of miles away from any family members and married to a healthcare professional who is mostly traveling. Everyone was cheering me on saying I was a “Super Mom” but truth be told I was barely holding myself together with four little ones climbing all over me.

I genuinely believed I was a hot mess. I often felt guilty for feeling that way because after all, I was blessed in so many ways…

In an attempt to bring back harmony and balance to my life, and to step away from this silent suffering of mine, I was always on the lookout for the next available seminar or the new training in town… whether it was peaceful parenting courses, reflection halaqas (study groups), self-development workshops and even therapy.

I benefited tremendously alhamdulillah, but I still had all the resentment and edgy feelings with my loved ones. It put a huge strain on my marriage and my relationship with my kids.

Through Allah’s guidance

I discovered life coaching and I never looked back!

After seeing how life coaching has transformed my life, I decided to become a Certified Life Coach with one of the most elite schools in the industry “The Life Coach School” to share this goodness with the world.

I’ve made it my mission to rekindle the beauty of Islam through the lens of life coaching.

During my extensive training with Brooke Castillo as my mentor, I couldn’t help but notice how the coaching concepts aligned so perfectly with my Islamic values – not that they needed any validation, but refreshing nonetheless.

Now I use these exact same tools, that helped me overcome my struggles and conquer my goals, with my clients. Together, we are changing the results of their lives by the will of Allah (SWT) one woman at a time.

Elhamdulillah,

“I am calmer, more present, and connected with my loved ones than ever before!”

Having said that, I’m a woman in constant search of learning opportunities and spiritual fulfillment as I go about my own journey in achieving my higher purpose, inshAllah.

I believe that my education, experiences, and tests in life have prepared me to do this honourable work in alignment with the contribution I want to offer to the Muslim Community.

I simply stopped living by default and started living on purpose!

AND GUESS WHAT? SO CAN YOU!

I know how it feels to be a Muslim woman wanting to feel satisfied in life but not able to make it happen – at least not by snapping fingers.

The biggest lesson I learned in my journey to find harmony and happiness was that it was my self-limiting beliefs that were holding me prisoner from my own potential in life!

Today, after transforming myself through coaching, inner work and deciding to become a Certified Life Coach, I guide Muslim women as they step away from their silent suffering and mend their relationships with their husbands, kids, family members and friends, to feel fulfilled in their lives again.

As your coach, I'll be your guide as you take ownership of your experiences through reflection and awareness.

My extensive training has taught me the Power of the mind and Asking the right questions. This allows me to guide you to discover the right answers that already exist within you.

Sounds simple but inner work is an intense and vulnerable process...

Inner work can come with its unique challenges, especially for Muslim women...

As your Certified Muslim Life Coach, I’ll save you all the extra explaining of what Islam stands for and the dynamics of your culture that usually takes place between you and a non-Muslim coach from a different background.

Navigating your life in alignment with your values as a Muslim woman striving to succeed both in this life and the next is possible with coaching!

I believe I am NOT who I am despite of my tests, I am who I am BECAUSE of my tests.

Yes this life is full of tests but it doesn’t have to be a struggle living it!

YOU CAN BE IN A STATE OF EASE AND PEACE IN THE FACE OF ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!

As Allah (SWT) so clearly says in the Quran:

(إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا )

“Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease”.

Surah Al Sharh  - (94:6)

You can win both lives (this one and the hereafter) with the right mindset aligned with what Allah (SWT) has already planted in your heart (Fitrah)!

We are even encouraged to seek the ability to receive all that is good.

As Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The supplication most often recited by the Prophet (ﷺ) was: (O our Rubb! Give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and save us from the punishment of the Fire).

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Even though this life isn’t our last destination, it is meant to be worth living.

Don’t settle for less!
