Why coach with ME?
I was just like you! So I really know what is at stake here. I was at the thick of it as I conceived 4 kids in 6 years! I realized firsthand the emotional, mental, and physical burdens of living away from family combined with the absence of a husband for whatever reason. I’ve been through the good and ugly, which put me and my relationships to the test.
I also know of the general misconception we have been fed of what a “good” woman should be like in the name of Islam (to sacrifice all her being in-service for others)! This is NOT Islam! It is pure misleading self limiting cultural baggage that was and still being passed down generations causing more harm than good.
And now, as a Certified Life Coach, my passion is to help tired Muslim women, have more energy fulfilling their honorable roles in their lives (as in career, marriage, or motherhood) through coaching within an Islamic framework. I help Muslim women stop undermining their rights and hiding from their true potential due to culture or their own limiting beliefs. Together we help uplift and build better generations to come without sacrificing us, but rather have it our nourishing cause and honorable awakened movement that we gift to the world one empowered woman at a time.
I understand you, because I was you. I know how cultural baggage can limit our lives. As your life coach, I’m here to help you break free from your own programming to help you live a better, more purposeful life that is pleasing to Allah and you.
P.S. I am fluent in Arabic, which may help some fellow women who prefer communicating by it over English. This is an option for whoever requests it or knows of someone who can benefit from this option.
Coaching is virtual. It can be done from any place in the world. It is just you, me, and total confidentiality. (More details on that will be in the following questions)
Living on default or barely surviving was never meant to be the way to live. There is so much more to be enjoyed, cherished, and simply be present with what life has to offer while pleasing Allah. It is never about this life or the hereafter. It can be about winning both as Allah mentions in the Quran.
Surah Al-Baqarah (1:201)
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
"Our Lord! Give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and defend us from the torment of the Fire!"
